What server should I use for sending mail with CFMAIL?

The "server" attribute of the CFMAIL tag is not required, as CF will by default use the mail server that has been configured in CF Administrator. If a "server" attribute is included in the CFMAIL tag, it will override the default. At Edge Web Hosting, we configure each Web server with its own SMTP server, and then set that mail server as the default, so you do not have to set a "server" attribute in the CFMAIL tag, and in fact, we recommend against it.
